Does your office take X-Rays?

- Yes, we have an on-site modern digital X-Ray system and certified X-Ray technicians.

How much is an office visit?

- The basic medical visit is $99.00. However, more extensive treatment and diagnostics will require additional costs. 

 

Is there parking in the building?

- Yes, the cost is $1.50 with validation

 

Do we have an orthopedic doctor on site?

-Yes, by appointment only.

What types of payment do you take?

-Debit/Credit cards and cash.

Do you perform STD screenings?

-Yes.

Do we take insurance?

-We are PPO providers for most major insurance carriers and medicare. We are NOT HMO or Medi-Cal providers.

Do we see patients on a private/primary basis?

-Yes, however if your medical condition requires closer monitoring we will refer you to a specialist.

Where are requests for medical records sent?

-To our Encino office.

Do we provide casting/splinting on-site?

- Yes.
